2. What data do I collect?
When you fill in the contact form, I process your name, e-mail address, possibly your wedding date and the message you send. This data is used solely to answer your question and, in case of a booking, to draw up a quote and contract.
3. Retention
Messages without follow-up are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Data of couples I worked with is kept for the legal retention periods (accounting, tax) · up to 10 years.
4. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Functional cookies may be used for basic site tasks. If analytics is active, it runs via a cookie-free, GDPR-compliant solution (Plausible) that does not log personal data or IP addresses.
5. Sharing with third parties
Photos are stored on secure galleries (EU-based provider). E-mail is handled by a Belgian/EU mail provider. I never sell data and do not share it with third parties except where legally required.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data. Send a mail to info@radja.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
7. Image rights
Photos made during a wedding remain the copyright of Radja Gios. The couple receives a broad usage license for personal use (printing, sharing, social). Commercial use is discussed in advance. If you don't want your photos on social media or in the portfolio, that's fine · let me know at booking.
