1. Scope
These terms apply to all photographic assignments carried out by Radja Gios · Hands 4 Events bvba (2980 Halle-Zoersel, VAT BE 0472.661.204). A signed contract or written confirmation by e-mail confirms the booking.
2. Reservation and payment
The date is reserved upon payment of a 25 % deposit. The balance is payable no later than 14 days after the wedding day. Late payments may incur statutory interest and a fixed compensation.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation by the couple: the deposit is not refunded. Cancellation within 60 days of the wedding day means the full amount is due. In case of force majeure on the photographer side (illness, accident), an equivalent back-up is sought or the full amount is refunded.
4. Delivery
Sneak peek within 7 days after the wedding. Full reportage within 4 to 6 weeks via a personal online gallery. Files remain available online for download for at least 6 months. Make your own back-up · Radja cannot be held liable for loss of files after this period.
5. Copyright and use
Copyright on all photos remains with Radja Gios. The couple receives a broad personal usage license: print, share, edit for personal use and post on social media. Sale, commercial publication or transfer to third parties (magazines, vendors, brand campaigns) require prior written permission. Radja retains the right to use photos in the portfolio, on social media and in promotional material. If you don't want this, that's fine · state it in writing at booking.
6. Liability
Radja undertakes a best-efforts obligation, not a result obligation. Liability is in any case limited to the amount of the agreement. Radja is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, technical defects beyond own control, or third-party behavior during the event.
7. Governing law
Belgian law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
